Welcome to the Bhumi Empire Advisor Application ("App"), developed and operated by Bhumi Empire — a real estate plot selling company operating across Gadchiroli, Chandrapur, Rajura, Navegaon, Chimur, Bramhapuri and surrounding districts of Maharashtra, India.

Bhumi Empire entered the real estate market in February 2015 under the flagship of Bhoomi Group. Since then, the company has built a strong presence in the affordable residential plot segment across Chandrapur and Gadchiroli districts, offering layouts including Rajmudra Nagar, Swarajya Nagar, Shivmudra Nagar, Shivkalyan Nagar, Rajwarsa Nagar, and more.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our Advisor App. This App is intended solely for registered Bhumi Empire advisors, sub-advisors, and super advisors who are part of our official network.

By installing and using the Bhumi Empire Advisor App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the application and contact your Bhumi Empire representative.

To calculate and display your commissions based on the defined multi-level commission structure
To show salary slips, payment history, and financial summaries
To manage the advisor hierarchy (Super Advisor → Sub Advisor → Advisor)
To track leads and bookings generated by you or your sub-advisors
To send app notifications for new layouts, booking updates, and commission credits
To generate internal business reports for Bhumi Empire management
To maintain app security and prevent unauthorized access

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. Your data may only be shared in the following limited circumstances:

Within Bhumi Empire: Authorized admin staff and management personnel who require access for business operations
Superior Advisors: Your Super Advisor or relevant hierarchy level may view your booking and commission data as part of normal operations
Technology Partners: BLSoftX Technologies, our app development and hosting partner, who are bound by strict confidentiality agreements
Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or government authority under applicable Indian law

We never share your financial details, commission data, or personal information with any external marketing companies, advertisers, or unrelated third parties.
